On April 11, enhancements to OneUSG Connect will change the way faculty and staff submit time, approve time, request absences and approve absences. Please note that this will not result in any changes to compensation or leave balances. The only changes will be to the way that time and absences are entered and approved in the system.
These processes will change significantly for many users. This webpage has been developed to help faculty and staff navigate the changes. The webpage includes an outline of key changes, each accompanied by a short video (under two minutes) and interactive tutorial.
Virtual open “office hours” for faculty and staff will be held virtually in the first week of the new process on Wednesday, April 14, from 3-5 p.m. (register here) and Friday, April 16, from 9-11 a.m. (register here).
