Assistant superintendent of plant operations shares which trees add to property value

Greg Huber, assistant superintendent of plant operations at UGA’s Griffin campus, spoke with House Beautiful about trees that can add up to thousands to property value.

Specifically, Huber hit on where homeowners plant those trees, especially if they’re looking to save on energy.

“Deciduous trees planted along the south- and west-facing walls of the home can reduce heat gain in the summer,” Huber said.
