The School of Social Work has launched a Web-based initiative to offer information and support to individuals with addictions in the UGA and Athens communities.
Developed by graduate students, RecoveryAthens.org contains screening tools that let site visitors determine if they have an addiction problem and presents treatment options in the area.
The site aims to educate the community and convey the message that recovery is possible.
