The new EITS Help Desk Web site, designed to help UGA faculty, staff and students with computer troubles, incorporates a new look, new features and enhanced content.
The site uses a Wiki-based interface to provide easy access to the wealth of information at the EITS Help Desk.
Visitors can access the answers they need, when they need them. It also includes online chat-based assistance.
