Connie Cottingham, public relations specialist for the State Botanical Garden, received the Communicator of the Year Award from the Georgia Green Industry Association at its 2010 Wintergreen Conference.
The association provides education, legislative monitoring, certification exams, trade shows and conferences to the horticulture-related industries within the state.
