Two UGA faculty members have established a new exchange program with Dublin City University in Ireland. Mark Foster, Carl Vinson Institute of Government faculty member, and Charles Lance, professor of psychology, met recently with representatives of DCU’s Human Resource Management Group to establish the program, which will be oriented toward doctoral students and faculty with interests in human resource management and organizational psychology.
Doctoral students will be able to teach and take courses at the host university for a period of up to one year. Faculty may collaborate on research and teach short seminars in their areas of expertise, according to Foster. The Vinson Institute will provide service learning opportunities for DCU students.
