The responsibility of managing the Purchasing-Campus Entry System was transferred Dec. 1 from the Administrative Services Division to the Procurement Office. The new data custodian for the Purchasing-Campus Entry System is Annette Evans. To request access to the system, complete the access form, which can be found on the administrative forms Web site (www.busfin.uga.edu/forms).
Send the access form to: Annette Evans, Procurement Office, 301 Business Services Building, Campus Mail 4223. To request account additions or modifications, the departmental responsible person should contact Evans by e-mail (amevans@uga.edu).
