Applications for the fall 2022 Engage & Learn Grant program are now open through Aug. 31.
Amounts up to $1,000 per individual or $2,000 per group (two or more) will be awarded for professional development costs related to the applicant’s job and/or career goals. Awards will be decided by the end of September.
The Engage & Learn Grant program was established in 2019 as part of a Presidential Task Force initiative to support the professional and career development of UGA staff. The program’s goal is to create opportunities for staff to grow, develop and share ideas to fuel innovation at the University of Georgia.
This program is part of the overall Engage & Learn initiative, which includes onboarding, mentoring, online courses through the Professional Education Portal and integration with the UGA Staff Competency Model.
