Herrman, senior public service associate, Carl Vinson Institute of Government, 27 years/2 months; Robert S. Johnson, grounds keeper II, Cooperative Extension Service–physical plant, 13 years/9 months; –Clifford C. Jones, electrician I, electrical shop, 23 years/4 months; William L. Jones, management information specialist, Enterprise Information Technology Services–-administrative information systems, 35 years/9 months; Colleen Lowe, administrative secretary, employment compensation and records, 8 years/9 months; Sharon L. McCollum, conference facilitator, College of Pharmacy, 14 years/8 months; Steven Y. Newell, director, Marine Institute, 26 years; Thomas James Pavlak, associate director, Carl Vinson Institute of Government, 6 years/6 months; Frank B.
