Four finalists for the position of dean of UGA’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources will visit campus this month to meet with members of the university community.
A committee chaired by J. Scott Angle, dean of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, conducted a national search to identify the finalists. The committee was assisted by the UGA Search Group in Human Resources.
Each finalist will make a public presentation from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in Room 120 of the
R.C. Wilson Pharmacy Building.
The finalists and the dates of their presentations are:
• Rose-Marie Muzika, a professor and associate director of the School of Natural Resources at the University of Missouri, Columbia, April 14.
• Keith Belli, a professor and head of the department of forestry, wildlife and fisheries at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, April 16.
• W. Dale Greene, a professor and interim dean of the Warnell School, April 22.
• Mark Ryan, the Rucker Professor of Wildlife Conservation and director of the School of Natural Resources at the University of Missouri, Columbia, April 27.
