Xiaorong Lin, professor of microbiology in the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, has been elected a Fellow in the American Academy of Microbiology.
The honorific leadership group within the American Society for Microbiology, the academy recognizes excellence, originality and leadership in the microbiological sciences.
