Nominations are being accepted for the fifth annual Fulfilling the Dream Awards, which will be presented at the yearly Freedom Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 18 in the Magnolia Ballroom of the Georgia Center for Continuing Education Conference Center and Hotel.
The award recognizes individuals from UGA and the community for significant efforts to build bridges of unity and understanding among residents of Athens-Clarke County.
To submit a nomination, contact Joan Pittman, program coordinator in the Office of Institutional Diversity, at (706) 425-2998. The deadline for nominations is Dec. 10.
