UGA and Georgia Perimeter College collaborate to help students complete degrees

Griffin, Ga. – The University of Georgia will host a ceremony recognizing an official partnership with Georgia Perimeter College to help students complete undergraduate degrees.

What: Ceremony to formally announce transfer articulation agreement

When: Sept. 17 at 2 p.m.

Where: Stuckey Auditorium, UGA Griffin Campus, 1109 Experiment St., Griffin

UGA Vice President for Instruction Laura Jolly and Georgia Perimeter College Interim President Rob Watts will be participating in the ceremony. Attendees at the event include Doris Christopher, assistant vice president for academic affairs and director of academic programs at the UGA-Griffin campus, and Board of Regents member Tommy Hopkins (Griffin), who has been heavily involved in the transfer articulation agreement process. Other local officials are invited to the event as well.
