The University Golf Course will host its spring semester UGA student and faculty/staff clinics beginning in March.
The free, hour-long sessions for staff and faculty will be held March 6, 20 and 27 at 5:30 p.m. For students, the clinics will be held March 22, 29 and April 5 at 1 p.m.
Each session will go over a different set of fundamentals. Tentative plans call for session one to cover putting, session two to focus on chipping/pitching and session three to be about the full swing.
The clinics are designed to be an introduction to the game of golf and the UGA Golf Course, but more experienced players will benefit from the sessions as well. There will be time for questions during and after the clinics.
Golf clubs will be provided during the clinics for those that do not have any.
