Rachel Usher, a sophomore from Savannah, and Cathy Micali, a sophomore from Woodstock, arrange furniture in their room in Rutherford Hall. Residence halls opened Aug. 6 with the help of the Hunker Down with Housing program, which had hundreds of volunteers located all over campus greeting new students and parents and serving as a resource for those moving in.
