Daniel Mulhall, ambassador of Ireland to the U.S., will give a talk April 4 at 2:30 p.m. in Room 380 of Baldwin Hall. His lecture, “Global Ireland: Can a Small Country Make a Difference in a Troubled World?,” is open free to the public.
A career diplomat, Mulhall assumed the ambassadorship to the U.S. in 2017 after having served as Ireland’s ambassador to the United Kingdom for four years. He was previously ambassador to Germany and Malaysia.
Mulhall’s visit is organized by the Willson Center for Humanities and Arts and the School for Public and International Affairs in partnership with the Consulate General of Ireland, Atlanta.
