The Center for Teaching and Learning, Enterprise Information Technology Services and Apple will present iTunes U to the UGA community Nov. 6 from 10-11 a.m. in Reception Hall of the Tate Student Center.
iTunes U, a version of the popular iTunes software branded for the university, provides a familiar tool for accessing online media. Instructors interested in podcasting their lectures or other recorded resources can make them available to students through this free service.
Kaye Sweetser, a faculty member in the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, and Apple’s Cedric Rogers will speak at the presentation. Robert Ethier and Travis Ray, from EITS, will demonstrate the program. For more information, contact David Noah at (706) 542-6585 or noah@uga.edu.
