J. David Puett, head of the biochemistry and molecular biology department, was named an honorary professor at Jilin University in Changcuan, China. Jilin, which ranks as the nation’s largest college with more than 63,000 students, is one of China’s top research institutions. The announcement came during Puett’s most recent trip to the campus.
