Jack Bauerle, head coach of the women’s and men’s swimming and diving teams, has been named the Southeastern Conference Women’s Coach of the Year.
Bauerle earned SEC Coach of the Year honors for the third straight season and for the 11th time overall. He guided the women’s team to its first SEC title since 2001 and sixth overall. The women’s team also placed second at the NCAAs, its eighth top-two finish in as many seasons. Following the NCAAs, Bauerle was selected as the National Coach of the Year.
