The UGA Libraries are now accepting course reserve lists for May/summer and fall semesters for 2009. Information on using course reserves including the full course reserve letter, guidelines, submission forms, processing priorities, deadlines and other important dates is available online at www.libs.uga.edu/access_services/reserves.html.
May 5 is the deadline to retain a spring semester list for the 2009 May/summer semester, which begins on
May 12. Contact the reserve desk at the main or science library to retain a list. Faculty also may go to the “Retain a List” Web site to retain a spring semester list and to update their electronic reserve password for May/summer semester 2009.
Lists received after May 12 will be processed as quickly as possible, according to processing priorities.
