New site helps UGA community Watch for Dawgs

Each day at UGA, thousands of students, faculty, staff and visitors walk, bike, drive and ride the bus on shared road spaces. The Watch for Dawgs program was created to equip the UGA community with information related to safely navigating campus, regardless of the chosen mode of transportation. Safety is the UGA community’s collective responsibility, so remember to keep your head up and Watch for Dawgs.

The Watch for Dawgs website is a useful resource to learn more about pedestrian, cyclist and driver responsibilities while utilizing shared roadways. Additionally, the site contains information about events like Bike & Pedestrian Safety Day, Operation Safe Drive and other campus initiatives to increase awareness of roadway safety on our campus and in our community.
