Pamela O. Paisley, coordinator of the school counseling program in the College of Education, will receive the 2008 David K. Brooks Jr. Distinguished Mentor Award, from the American Counseling Association Foundation.
The award recognizes Paisley for her work in helping to strengthen the counseling profession by serving as a role model and mentor. Paisley will receive the award at the national convention in Hawaii this month.
