Athens, Ga. – In just over a week, 65,000 people will arrive on the University of Georgia’s campus for Jason Aldean’s Night Train 2013 tour concert in Sanford Stadium. And they will all need a place to park.
The concert will start April 13 at 6:30 p.m., and campus lots will open at 2 p.m. Parking will be available on the UGA campus as well as in the surrounding Athens community.
Online permit sales for parking on the UGA campus closed March 28, with approximately 3,000 spaces sold in advance. Spaces still available will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 2 p.m. the day of the concert. Price levels will vary depending on lot location, and cash only—preferably exact change—will be accepted. No RV parking will be allowed on campus.
For lot prices and a map of available parking, see Parking Services at www.parking.uga.edu.
Paid parking also will be available through Prestige Parking and the Downtown Athens Parking System.
