Due to a reorganization of the Department of Campus Life, two offices now control booking campus facilities.
The Campus Reservations Office, located in suite 325 of the Tate Student Center, is responsible for the reservation of all academic classroom space on campus, including the Student Learning Center. Outdoor facilities-Herty Field, D.W. Brooks Mall, the President’s Garden, the New College Lawn and the Jaworski Amphitheater-also may be reserved through this office.
Registered student organizations may also book the Chapel through Campus Reservations, but UGA departments must book the Chapel through the Performing Arts Center. The Event Management Office, located in suite 202 of the Tate Student Center, is responsible for the reservation of space in the Tate Student Center, the Tate Plaza and Lawn, the Memorial Hall Ballroom, the Memorial Hall Plaza and Legion Field. In addition, table spaces and banner boards may be booked through this office.
