Robert Scott, Distinguished Research Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, received the 2008 Farrel W. Lytle Award from the Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Lightsource at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory.
The award recognizes Scott, who also is an associate vice president for research, for his leadership in training students and postdoctoral researchers in the use of X-ray absorption spectroscopy to study biological systems.
