Anna Scheyett
The National Association of Social Workers Foundation recently inducted Anna Scheyett, dean of the School of Social Work, into its NASW Social Work Pioneers program.
The program honors social workers who have contributed to the evolution and enrichment of the profession. She is the fifth faculty member from the UGA School of Social Work to receive the honor. She joins approximately 800 members of the program and will be among 15 others formally recognized as pioneers at the foundation’s annual program in 2021.
