School of Law professor elected to American Law Institute

Lori Ringhand, Hosch Professor in the School of Law, has been elected to the American Law Institute.

The ALI is “the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize and otherwise improve the law.” The ALI’s members work to “influence the development of the law in both existing and emerging areas,” collaborate with other “eminent lawyers, judges and academics,” give back to the legal profession and “contribute to the public good.”
