A laboratory reunion and scientific symposium in honor of James H. Prestegard, Eminent Scholar and a professor in the departments of chemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology, will be held March 21. Hosted by Prestegard’s former students, the symposium runs from 8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. in the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center’s auditorium. Cost is $40, and sessions are open to the public. Meals and the closing reception are for paid registrants only, and advance registration is required by March 10.
