Peter Smagorinsky, Distinguished Research Professor of English Education, was selected as an outstanding reviewer for his work in 2010 for the Review of Educational Research.
He was recognized by the American Educational Research Association at its recent annual meeting in New Orleans. The American Educational Research Association, founded in 1916, is concerned with improving the educational process by encouraging scholarly inquiry related to education and evaluation and by promoting the dissemination and practical application of research results.
