The University of Southern California received its largest donation ever, $200 million, this month from David and Dana Dornsife, The Chronicle of Education reported. The funds were given on an unrestricted basis to the university’s College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, which will soon be renamed after the Dornsifes. The gift will go toward faculty hiring, research and fellowships, the Chronicle reported.
