The Maternal and Child Nutrition Research Lab of the foods and nutrition department is recruiting women who are less than 16 weeks pregnant for a study focusing on body composition changes during pregnancy and newborn outcomes.
Women should be 21-39 and in their first trimester of pregnancy but not more than 16 weeks gestation.
During the study, participants’ body composition will be measured multiple times, and after they give birth the infant’s body composition will be measured. Testing will be arranged at participants’ convenience on either weekdays or weekends.
