Total enrollment for summer semester at the University of Georgia is 14,812 students. Overall enrollment decreased by 5.8 percent from last year. Enrollment at the extended campuses is up by 13.1 percent with a total of 723 students.
A total of 13,983 students are attending summer classes at the Athens campus, a decrease of 766 from last year. The figure includes 9,768 undergraduates, 3,773 graduate students and 442 students enrolled in the professional schools.
Graduate enrollment at UGA’s Gwinnett Campus totals 415, an increase of 23.8 percent from last summer.
Enrollment at UGA’s extended campus in Buckhead decreased by 1.4 percent from last summer with a total of 210 students. While there are 162 students in the evening M.B.A. program, a 1.3 percent increase from last summer, enrollment in the Executive M.B.A. program decreased by 6 students. The Ed.D. in higher education management program, in its second year at Buckhead, has 14 students (a 7.7 percent increase from last summer).
Enrollment at the Griffin Campus is 80 students, including 39 undergraduate students, up from 76 last summer and 41 graduate students, down from 46 last year.
Seventeen students are enrolled at UGA’s Tifton Campus. Undergraduate enrollment is up slightly with 13 students and graduate enrollment is down slightly with 4 students.
An additional 106 students are enrolled in UGA independent study programs.
