For the second straight year, a Terry College undergraduate team won the Hispanic Heritage Month Case Competition at Emory University.
Terry’s team, the Dawg Squad, was composed of Rishi Bagga of Alpharetta; Alejandra Gonzalez of Flowery Branch; Rhonda Taha of Suwanee; and Belle Wang of Shenzhen, China. The foursome captured the contest’s top prize of $3,000.
The competition required teams to devise a marketing strategy for the Atlanta Hawks that would enable the NBA franchise to target, educate and sell premium products to Atlanta’s business community.
Terry’s team competed against groups from the University of Virginia, Georgia State University, Kennesaw State University and Dalton State College.
