Margaret A. Amstutz will succeed the College of Coastal Georgia’s outgoing president, Greg Aloia, effective July 1.
Amstutz, UGA’s associate provost for academic programs, was named interim president Jan. 23 in a USG press release.
Amstutz served for 16 years in UGA’s Office of the President as an assistant, faculty and academic affairs liaison and chief of staff.
