The University of Georgia has launched a new grant program to stimulate more research and scholarship related to diversity and inclusion.
The Diversity Research and Scholarship Grant program will fund competitive internal grants to support initial work by early career faculty or to support a new emphasis on research and scholarship into diversity and inclusion by established faculty. The program is a collaboration of the Office of the Provost, the Office of Research and the Office of Institutional Diversity at the University of Georgia.
The DRSG program consists of a total of $40,000 in funding support and is open to all faculty tracks, including clinical and research faculty. Special consideration will be given to proposals that have an interdisciplinary team of investigators and an interdisciplinary focus.
