The University of Georgia Performing Arts Center recently won an Award of Excellence in the 47th annual UCDA Design Competition. The competition is administered by the University & College Designers Association to recognize the best of the design work done by communication professionals to promote educational institutions.
The UGA Performing Arts Center’s winning entry was submitted by Tim Wells, publications manager, in the category of poster design.
UCDA was founded in 1970 as the nation’s first and only association for professionals involved in the creation of visual communications for educational institutions. Over the years, it has grown to an organization composed of more than 1,000 members throughout the U.S. and Canada.
