The University Woman’s Club’s next general meeting will be held Jan. 9 in the Fellowship Hall of Alps Road Presbyterian Church, 380 Alps Road, beginning with an 11 a.m. social.
Guest speaker for the program, which will begin at 11:30 a.m., is Lauren Schlesinger, assistant director of scholarship stewardship with UGA’s Division of Development and Alumni Relations. Schlesinger will speak on UWC scholarships and the UGA Foundation.
Additionally, a nominating committee for 2024-2025 will be appointed.
