The University Woman’s Club’s next general meeting will be held Nov. 9 in the Fellowship Hall of Alps Road Presbyterian Church, 380 Alps Road, beginning with an 11 a.m. social.
Guest speaker for the program, which will begin at 11:30 a.m., is Gladys Gunnells Horvat, UGA senior associate athletic director. She will give a talk on academics and eligibility.
Tickets for the holiday luncheon also will be available for purchase at the meeting.
