The University Woman’s Club will hold its annual Scholarship Soiree March 29 from 6:30–9:30 p.m. on the terrace of the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center, located at 315 Riverbend Road.
This year’s them is a “Festive French Bistro.” The event will include appetizers, desserts, jazz music and prizes. There also will be a raffle to stay in a renovated Victorian townhouse in West Sussex, England.
Woman’s Club members, guests and friends are invited to attend the event, which will raise funds for UGA graduate and undergraduate students. Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for all others.
