Athens, Ga. – The UGA Observatory, atop the Physics and Astronomy Building, will be open for public viewing Friday, Nov. 12, at 7 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. The observatory will be open for 60 to 90 minutes at each event.
During the November evening, star gazers will observe the moon, binary stars, and the planets of Jupiter and Uranus.
