UGA Online is now offering four unique workshops to provide faculty with the resources they need to share their expertise more effectively in an online course to provide better experiences for their students.
These workshops are open to all UGA faculty and instructors and will be held via Zoom.
- Elements of Good Online Learning: Learn strategies to improve online teaching and help students have a better experience in their classes.
- Practical Training for Producing Video Lectures: Gain the foundational knowledge needed to produce high-quality video content using tools available through UGA.
- How to Create Content for Your Online Course: Dive deep into creating content for online courses and learn to adopt a modular structure, implement effective communication patterns, and structure your content to maximize accessibility.
- Framing Online Assessment: Learn what effective forms of assessment to use in online classes when human-facilitated remote proctoring is not possible.
