University of Georgia President Michael F. Adams will make a presentation regarding the ongoing impacts of state budget reductions on the University of Georgia to a joint meeting of the house and senate higher education committees of the Georgia General Assembly on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 3 p.m. in room 403 of the State Capitol.
