State universities in Pennsylvania to charge grad students by the credit

Full-time graduate students enrolled in Pennsylvania’s 14 state universities will pay for their education on a per-credit basis starting in the fall, The Chronicle of Higher Education reported.

In addition to the new pricing policies, which were voted into existence by the system’s Board of Governors, will be more flexibility in pricing that will allow campuses to charge different sums for courses at different times of the year, the Chronicle reported.
