Administrative changes

• Lesli Bailey, a former equestrian at Texas A&M University, has been named assistant equestrian coach at UGA.
• Erin DeLoach, former dayside editor/manager and weekend manager for CNN, has joined the major gifts/regional team in the development office.
• Rehan Khan, former assistant dean for information technology services and CIO at Emory University’s School of Medicine, has been named the new associate CIO for application development and data ­management.
• Cameron Newbauer, director of basketball operations for the men’s basketball program for the past two years, has been named an assistant coach for the women’s basketball team.
• Jason Payne, the former head golf coach at Mercer University, has been named the assistant coach for the men’s golf team at UGA. Payne succeeds Ryan Hybl, who is pursuing a career as a professional golfer.
• Beverly Sparks, who has been with UGA Cooperative Extension since 1989, was named the associate dean for extension of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences on June 1. Since April 1, 2006, she had served as interim associate dean for extension.
