• Sam Lorenson is executive chef at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education Conference Center and Hotel.
• Bradley G. Phillips is the head of the department of clinical and administrative pharmacy in the College of Pharmacy.
• Tim Smith, formerly of the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government, is the new deputy chief of the UGA police department.
• Bob Taylor, former open records manager in the Office of Public Affairs, is now associate executive director of communications for the UGA Alumni Association.
