An article touting both the benefits and drawbacks of certain kinds of health food quoted Mary Ann Johnson, a foods and nutrition professor at UGA and spokesperson for the American Society for Nutrition. Johnson spoke about the fiber content in SunChips on, the online version of the newspaper The Oklahoman.

“Additionally, providing 18 grams of whole grain in a one-ounce serving (28 to 32 grams) means that the product is just a little over 60 percent whole grain,” Johnson said.
