Athens, Ga. – The University of Georgia Alumni Association will host the fourth annual Dawg Trot 5K on March 19. The race begins at 8 a.m. at Stegeman Coliseum and winds its way through the UGA campus. Check-in opens at 7 a.m.
Last year more than 750 runners participated in the Dawg Trot. There will be awards to the winners and refreshments at the finish line. T-shirts are guaranteed for racers who pre-register.
The cost is $20 per person and $50 for a family of four (pre-registration only). There also is a $10 no t-shirt option. Pre-registration ends March 11 and race day walk-ups are welcome.
