Athens, Ga. – The University of Georgia Alumni Association and the UGA Athletic Association have teamed up to bring UGA Day to Rome on April 18 at the Forum Civic Center.
Host Chuck Dowdle, Head Football Coach Mark Richt and special university guests will be on hand to share their insights into UGA’s upcoming seasons as well as the latest news from the university. Attendees will learn about the Rome Chapter of the UGA Alumni Association and how to become involved.
UGA Day will get underway at 6 p.m. with a reception, when guests will be allow to take photographs and obtain autographs. The official program will follow at 7 p.m. Registration is required.
