Athens, Ga. – The University of Georgia Alumni Association and the UGA Athletic Association have teamed up to bring UGA Day to Albany on April 24 at the Doublegate Country Club.
UGA Day will start at 6 p.m. with a reception, and guests will be allowed to take photographs and obtain autographs. The official program will follow at 7 p.m. Registration is required.
President Michael F. Adams will discuss the latest news from the university, and host Chuck Dowdle, Head Football Coach Mark Richt and Head Basketball Coach Mark Fox will be on hand to share their insights into UGA’s upcoming athletic seasons. Attendees will learn about the Albany Chapter of the UGA Alumni Association and how to become involved.
