Georgia United Credit Union, the former Georgia Federal Credit Union (Digest), has partnered with the College of Family and Consumer Sciences and the Internal Revenue Service to provide the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
The VITA program extends tax return assistance to individuals and families with low to moderate incomes.
This year’s VITA site will be across from Georgia United’s 190 Gaines School Road location at the Old Gaines School building at 280 Gaines School Road. Sessions will be available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and on Saturdays Feb. 1-April 7.
